Her Nature.

An exploration of her nature in relation to self, community and Mother Earth.

Held over four months, this immersion invites you to deepen your experience of community by consistently showing up each month alongside the same group of women. The ongoing commitment offers an opportunity for you to form connections with women that are also craving community and a deeper sense of being.

You will begin your journey within the season of winter, as an ode to self, a hibernation of sorts as you explore your inner world. Together we will re-emerge in Spring, unfurled and ready to bloom. We will gather close to the full moon each month so that you can attune to your inner cycle and become familiar with how it aligns to the cycles of nature and the moon's rhythm.

The space will be heart led so that you too can drop into your heart and soften. To allow yourself to truly be seen and heard, just as you are, because there is nothing to be fixed here.

We will nurture your nervous system and open the feminine through slowing down, self expression, creativity, movement, yoga, somatic practices and becoming unified with mother nature as you connect to her and remember your interconnectedness with the ecology of life.

By tending to both your inner and outer ecosystems, you will deepen your connection to life and strengthen your sense of belonging within the wider web of humanity.

The word nature is drawn from the root Latin word natura, meaning birth.

The Experience

Month 1 - 26th of July

We will gather for a bush walk guided by Hayley to a local waterfall on Gayamaygal land. This will be the first opportunity for you to meet the other women that you will be journeying alongside. The walk will be followed by afternoon tea in the bush, a guided somatic meditation and nature writing. We will create an earth altar as a way to thank the earth for holding us before heading back to the carpark and saying goodbye.

Month 2 - 30th of August

We will meet in a cosy cocoon at The Yoga Space in Dee Why where we will share a Tantric Yin Yoga practice, guided by Hayley. The Tantric invitation is to experience a practice of remembering that we are already whole, waking up the full map of your physical, energetic, and emotional bodies and merging this with the interconnectedness of all existence. Through the yin practice and postures we are inviting in energy and presence whilst broadening your window of tolerance. We will discuss the window of tolerance and the real truth about your nervous system, that the goal isn’t to stay calm all the time, but to know where you are, recognise when you’re moving into dysregulation, and be able find your way back to regulation. There will be space for self reflection, creative expression, journaling and connection. Afternoon Tea will be provided.

Month 3 - 27th of September

This month, in a venue high up next to the treetops, is an opportunity to nurture your feminine nature whilst communing with nature. We will talk about your inner cycle and your connection to nature through the seasonal cycles and moon cycles. We will explore where the feminine is represented in nature and how we can channel this energy though the body. Hayley will share a meditation and self massage practice to connect to the womb space. We will then share a somatic movement pratice with Yoga Teacher and Movement Facilitator, Morgan Masters to connect even deeper to your body and make space for more flow and openness.

Month 4 - 25th of October

Our last gathering will be held in nature where we will sit with the medicine of the leaf in a Tea Ceremony, guided by Cassie Polgar. The intention of the ceremony is for you to honour and witness yourself as you reflect upon your experience over the past four months held in the collective energy of the women that you have shared your time with. The tea sit wil be followed by time for connection and nibbles by the fire.

Additional Information

Throughout the four months the group will remain connected via whatsapp for ongoing thoughts, insights and discussion. Cycle tracking will be offered to take notice of the physical, mental and emotional changes within your body each month across the four month journey. There will also be the option to collectively read a book together. How much you choose to commit to will influence the depth of your experience, knowing that everything is an invitation and you get to choose what you have the capacity for and/or when (where possible) you may choose to gently stretch yourself.

The cost is $288 and a payment plan is available by request so long as the total amount is paid in full prior to the 14th of July.
