Welcome, I’m Hayley,

I was born and raised in Tasmania, where my love for nature and community was first shaped. Living in a small town, surrounded by a neighbourhood of support taught me the importance of being in community. Living on an island that harnesses many elements of nature offered me a deep connection to mother nature and her wild abilities.

Now, living on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, my Tasmanian roots shape my life here and are a core reason why creating community and connection are at the heart of my offerings.

My initiation into motherhood seven years ago, highlighted to me the lack of care and understanding our western society has for women and mothers. Whilst it was a personally challenging time for me it also gifted me with insight and purpose for supporting women the way they deserve to be.

Over the years I have continued to evolve and expand my work into supporting women through all seasons of life through various offerings and modalities that I offer.

I hold certifications as a yoga teacher, birth and postpartum doula, death walker, womb hara massage therapist, women’s circle facilitator, ceremonialist and postpartum bodyworker. I hold deep reverence for supporting key transitional times in a woman’s life, so that she feels seen and valued whilst also acknowledging the ripple effect this has on her family and community at large.

Through my offerings, I offer supportive, trauma informed spaces for women to be held, whether that be one to one, in ceremony with loved ones or as a collective gathering in community.
