Welcome, I’m Hayley,

I was born and raised in Tasmania, where my love for nature and community was first shaped. Living in a small town, surrounded by a neighbourhood of support taught me the importance of being in community. Living on an island that harnesses many elements of nature offered me a deep connection to mother nature and her wild abilities. Now, living on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, my Tasmanian roots shape my life here.

My introduction to motherhood seven years ago, highlighted to me the lack of care, understanding and value our western society has for mothers and the significant journey from maiden to mother, or mother again that she experiences. Whilst it was a personally challenging time for me it also gifted me with a purpose and passion for supporting women to feel held, nurtured and supported. My journey supporting women has continued to evolve and grow into supporting all women through all seasons of life.

I hold certifications as a yoga teacher, birth and postpartum doula, death walker, womb hara massage therapist, ceremonialist and postpartum bodyworker. I hold deep reverence for supporting rites of passage and key transitional times in a woman’s life acknowledging the ripple effect this has on her family and communities at large.

Through my offerings, I offer supportive, trauma informed spaces for women to be held, whether that be one to one, in ceremony with loved ones or as a collective gathering in community.
