Welcome, I’m Hayley,

I was born and raised in Tasmania, where my love for nature and community was first shaped. Living in a small town, surrounded by a neighbourhood of support taught me the importance of being in community. Living on an island that harnesses many elements of nature offered me a deep connection to mother nature and her wild abilities. Now, living on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, my Tasmanian roots shape my life here.

The pregnancy and birth of my son offered an awareness into womanhood and motherhood I otherwise wouldn’t have known. I learnt how unsupported and unregarded this significant rite of passage can be for women and whilst it was a personally challenging time for me it also gifted me with a purpose and a passion for supporting women on their own unique journeys.

With certifications as a yoga teacher, birth and postpartum doula, death walker, womb hara massage therapist, ceremonialist and postpartum bodyworker, I support women through all seasons of life and hold deep reverence for honouring key transitional times in a woman’s life.

Through my offerings, I offer supportive, trauma informed spaces for women to be held, whether that be one to one, in ceremony with loved ones or as a collective gathering in community.
