Baby Loss Circle

A baby loss circle is a sacred space to gather around a mother who is grieving the loss of her baby. Those invited into the space should be the most supportive women in her life that she feels the safest with.

The intention for the circle is to be a vessel of love for her.

It is an opportunity to witness the mother and welcome her into a loving space where her feelings, thoughts and emotions are welcomed.

A time for loved ones to express the strength that they see in her and any words of hope they wish to share.

Each circle is created uniquely to the wishes of the woman and/or her loved ones and is best held when the mother feels ready to be held and witnessed.

This circle can include closing the bones (body wrapping) to honour her experience of pregnancy and birth, inviting her spirit to come back home to her body and the physical body to close.
